1. Recruitment: Drove talent acquisition initiatives (covering recruitment and employer branding) that align recruitment needs to strategy and support the achievement of the organization’s business objectives.
- In charge of whole recruitment process, include post job, screen CV
- Interview & consult right CVs to Line Manager
- Send out offers and required papers to successful candidates in advance
2. HR Management: Follow up on any issues related to employment and labor issues and resolve problems
- Consult the General Manager on setting up and developing strategic HR Policy, Working Procedures, Policies Regulations in compliance with VN Laws to balance with Headquarter regulation
- Manage employees experience throughout the employee lifecycle ( on boarding, probation assessment, status change, off boarding)
- Strong experiences related handling labor disciplinary breach, termination labor contract
3. Compensation & Benefit: Implement compensation & benefit policies and ensure the proper implementation of the policies
- Administrate employee leave database in HRM system. Review and check leave records for payroll
- In charge of payroll, PIT, bonus, Social Insuarance and other compensation calculating for local employee and expats
- Coordinate with managers to process annual performance appraisal. Advise managers in cases of personnel development, promotion, salary negotiation and layoff
4. Admin Officer: Overall office operation and administrative management
- In charge of Office operation: Stationary, office supplies and facilities, cleaning services, air tickets, accommodations
- Handle expatriate onboarding including relevant visa, work permit, temporary resident card, entry dispatch
- Manage the transportation including rental cars, Grab based on cost saving and work efficiency
