- Make a Contract , PO
- Handling import shipment from receiving document until issue debit
note .Check draft documents ( for import tobacco leaf , Diet , Flavor )
and Dispacht original document to factory
-Work with shipping line, forwarder about DO, EDO, Deposit
And arrange bookings/ solve any problem incurred.
- Follow status of import shipment and arrange delivery plan
- Contact with Shipping line / fwd to creat a booking note for all
shipment related
- Once a month , Get a production plan from Factory then contact
with transportation company to make a booking empty
container/truck then transfer Tobacco leaf from warehouse to Factory
in order to ensure production schedule
-Work with Vendors in establishing a system that ensures timely
delivery of quality materials.
- Collect all documents from customs declarants , make some other
document like invoice/ packing list , ... and sumit to bonded
warehouse to do import procedures
- Sometimes , Work with DHL, FEDEX , ..ect to send some sample of
cigarette to all related party
