Legal and Compliance Specialist
- Providing legal advices to other departments in relation to in a variety of cases, e.g. banking services, international payment, intermediary payment services, fintech services, etc.
- Review contracts/ agreements as requested by other departments;
- Legal briefing and legal research;
- Assist and cooperate with other departments to set up or review procedures in legal perspectives
related to operation of the Bank;
- Maintain up to date contract templates, procedures and other legal documents according to the latest legal regulations affecting the business activities;

- Prepare content and assist in conducting legal and compliance trainings.

- Draft all kinds of contract templates, sample of minutes and resolution of Board of Members, Power of Attorney and other legal documents, etc.
- Review contracts/ agreements as requested by other departments, e.g. procurement contracts, labor/freelance contracts, cooperation contracts with dealers and partners, etc.
- Assist and cooperate with other departments to set up or review procedures in legal perspectives related to operation of the financial company;
- Analyze legal risks and advise the departments in a variety of cases;
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to other Departments in the company;

Mainly take care of advising and handling cases regarding foreign direct investment (FDI) into Vietnam, especially in field of Food and Beverage, Technologies, Trade, Building & Construction, Real Estate, Labors, etc. The specific tasks is as follows:
- Work directly with clients and competent authorities to give advice, prepare and finalize the application and relevant document for issuance of licenses, post-licenses, certificates, etc. related to incorporation and operation of enterprises having foreign capital in Vietnam;
- Draft, review and translate contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
- Research and draft legal advice;
- Update and research the Vietnamese laws and regulations;
- Translation.

- Prepare checklist and application file for issuance the licenses, certificates, so on related to incorporation and operation of enterprises as well as liaise with the competent authorities;
- Assist lawyers to search and research the Vietnamese laws and regulations;
- Assist lawyers to find out information about enterprises for legal due diligence.
