Development sample:
- Checking original sample/ pattern/ spec/ BOM. Going e-mail back and forth with Customer to clarify the unclear points before starting PP process.
- TostartmakingPPsampletocatchCustomersubmitleadtime& production plan.
- Directly communication to Customer VN Office for PP comments.
- ToarrangePPmeetingwithBuyer'sQAandallfty's relevantproduction depts before starting bulk producing.
- Closelyworking with patternmaker/CADtomake surethe correct pattern adjusted to apply for bulk
Purchasing Accessory:
- CheckingbulkconsbeforerunningproductionandPurchasingaccessory
- Issuing Purchasing order
- Keep tracking materialsstatus

- Contacting with Customer.Getting update information involved to orders from Customer, make sure to clearly all information to avoid mistake on bulk production.
- Co-ordinate with marker room about pattern/marker schedule.
- Receiving consumption from marker room & issuing cutting control list.
- Follow up cuttingstatus.
- Printing / emb plan & follow up printing /emb status .
- Printing purchasing order to mills.
- Piping cutting arrangement.
- Solving unsual problem happen during production
- Making daily production report/ WIP to Customer
