Tax Admin
• Gather the necessary documents to make payments to Tax Authority.
• Check, compare and make payment records for foreign vendors to provide withholding
tax certificates from Tax Authority.
• Coordinate with tax agents for finding out and correct errors in customs dossiers. Contact the parties to fill in the missing documents.
• Make and archive reports monthly (statistics report, exports report, invoice checking
report), check and request for adjustments from logistics agents.
• Mainly use SAP to run reports for checking payments, find out missing payments, report
to AP teams in Vietnam and Manila to make payments in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with 4PL Customer Service Team at MAERSK, report and monitor corrections
of incorrect invoices, missing data in tracking files and other errors in export documents.
• Work closely with Tax Authority for tax debt details and make tax payment requests via
system or AP team.
