- To handle timekeeping for QA department;
- To prepare procedure for QA department and manage working tools;
- To compose and revise SOP suitably with working procedure;
- To control documents related to QA departments (Contracts, blueprints, customers’ assets, working tools, etc.)
- To interpret in construction site, in the workshop and meetings in the company and the meetings with customers/ partners;
- To support the manager to deal with, compose and translate documents to send to the government;
- To prepare documents to work with partners, lawyers to implement procedures of obtaining work permits, visa for foreign staff, and foreign workers in the company;
- To go on business with the manager (if any);
- To seek for material suppliers for manufacturing as requested by the manager;
- To control the clinic: sanitation, medicine, monthly reports on cases and working shift of clinic staff, etc.
- To control gardening team: taking care of plants & trees in the company; making working shifts and assign tasks to the gardening workers; maintaining and widening green spaces in the company as requested by direct manager;
- To control the canteen: working shift of canteen staff, contacting with catering vendor to handle arising issues (ingredients, food quality, menu etc.), sanitation, make regulations for the canteen; working with the catering vendor;
- To control cleaning team: assign tasks to cleaners; supervise their working result; finding and contacting vendors to handle the issues cannot be handled by the company;
- To order materials, stationaries for all departments;
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager
