1. Office Management:
• Operating the office, responsible for operating and managing personnel and all activities that take place every day at the office including: image management, facilities, service quality, entertainment activities... ensure the office operates stably according to required standards.
• In charge of cost & budget of office management.
• Building, maintaining, expanding and caring for relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage government cooperation.
2. Human Resources Management
2.1. Payroll:
• Accountable for the overall management of all administration associated with Human Resource Management including but not limited to: timely and accurate payroll, contract management; social/medical insurance enrollment/claims; personal income tax monthly/yearly declaration, employee file maintenance.
• Identify issues that the company needs to address in its human capital strategy.
2.2 Recruitment:
• Work with hiring manager to understand future hiring needs.
• Build efficient recruitment approaches to source, hunt and develop a network of candidates.
• Manage recruitment process: post job, screen resumes, first round interview, schedule another interviews, input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letter, welcome on-boarding.
2.3. Labor Relationship:
• Grow a corporate culture of openness, care, talent nourishment, transparency.
