•Prepare, monitor and manage Monthly Payroll process for whole Branch including Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax obligations.
•Prepare, monitor and manage the Annual Budget of Personnel Expense.
•Provide preparation, interpretation and guidance on MUFG C&B policies and processes.
•Lead and support the delivery of key annual HR processes including but not limited to compensation review and salary data submission to local Mercer and regional survey.
•Process and control staffs’ personnel documents of the Branch.
•Support the development and implementation of complex change initiatives including but not limit to HR system upgrades and reward to align with local regulations
•Participate and provide data for HR Survey (Mercer and Global HR Survey).
•Lead and support the delivery of local reward initiative within the Branch on time, within budget and align with local regulations
•Prepare reports on operational performance and identify regulatory risk.
•Maintain good industry knowledge, trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
