1. Implementing Marketing product launching programs
- Prepare content, review and adapt KV with design to post on
Techcombank channels, including website, fanpage, EDM
- Check, schedule and follow closely communication plan
- Upload KV on owned media channel
- Follow with the Digital team to work on the template and send
EDM to target customers
- Support Sales team in coordinating with design team to have
sales collateral/publications clean and suitable
- Coordinate with branches in number of publications and
distribution
2. Market research projects
- Support direct manager to conduct customer research project,
summarize list of respondents
- Buy and deliver gifts to customers who conduct surveys
- Track customer leads from the research and convert to
Techcombank customers
3. CRM campaigns for loyalty customers in special occasions
- Prepare and send official written notification to related parties
- Coordinate with Sales department to assemble the list of
customers receive incentives/gifts
- Prepare post-campaign report and submit to the Provincial
Department of Industry and Trade
4. Documents translation
5. Data enrichment
- Update customer information on Techcombank system to
provide more useful leads for business such as loyalty rank,
customer segment, GSO industry code
6. Coordinating with other internal department
(Internal procurement, Financial accounting, Legal department)
