- Responsible for the calculation of Standard Costs and recommended
FOB prices for attributed customers and/or products lines or existing
products being revised.
- Estimate material costs based on sample production, compare with
existing products and factory studies and update them on the MRP.
- Coordinate with general accountants to complete the analysis and report
on profit and loss situation.
- Make recommendations for materials standard prices update and assist
the department manager in update standard prices in MRP.
- Make reports, analyze production efficiency for each production order.
- Follow up on all changes requested by customers and adjust costing and
pricing accordingly.
- Assist Manager in calculating additional costs.
- Periodically prepare work reports at the request of management
