Pelio Energy Corporation is a recently established refined oil trading company focus on the South Vietnam market. Within one year of operation, company started from zero to now operating two divisions: fuel and non-fuel (commercial real estates and retails), owning 60+ COCOs and 40+ DODOs, one (1) in-land distribution terminal, piloting 05 locations on commercial real estates model with stable volume of nearly 25,000cbm per month and estimate revenue over VND4,000bn per annum.
- Supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the Company. First in command and responsible for giving a prosper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- First ever an independent oil company that has integrated commercial platform into the retail business with support from c-store operators, pharmaceutical retail chains and all other retail network.
- Member of the Risk Committee, responsible for setting up a risk management program for the Company, monitor andmanage daily physical and
paper trading, hedging business, leading the business development and execution of growth strategies.
- Design, build and implement Company’s investment process and M&A strategy which includes portfolio of strategic partnership, leverage buy-out and private equity investments.
- Developed and implemented systems and process between different operating business functions, including controls and monitoring systems within the company and related companies.
- Led over VND2,000bn in debt financing and VND300bn equity transaction within one–year operation on behalf of the Company (please see Transaction Experience).

- Reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO, leads the planning, implementation and execution of the Oil and Gas Business Unit strategy on behalf of the senior management.
- Assisted the Company to build an Investment team to create value-added to the current assets portfolio; the project included revise the planning and strategic execution of industrial park operation, create, develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Led teams in investments, business developments and investor relations.
- Developed and executed plan to invest in import Oil Terminal with capacity of 80,000cbm includes bonded and nonbonded tanks with jetty at 40,000DWT capacity.

- Conducted detail quarterly and yearly performance reports (Form 8K, Form 10K) in accordance to US GAAP to the shareholders, board of directors, and Security Exchange Commission.
- Assisted CEO in developing the internal control system to comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
