Responsibility for coordination daily operations for factory activities.Ensure for production output,production quality.
Allocate resources effectively and build of master plan base on strategy company to achieved the goals .
Training and coaching supervisors and employees belong training master plan and competency matrix.
Ensure commit plant safety for all activities, coordinate in waste water treatment.
Coordinate with related function ( Sale ,Supply chain , Marketing…) to highest connect and fast to change to adapt Voice of Customer.
Find the root causes and give corrective and preventive action
Recruitment, building personnel for the factory.
Build operational systems for production departments, engineers and HSE departments ( PDCA)
Develop preventive maintenance system. Identify good machine parameter and process parameter.
Building measurement systems for the entire company, connecting departments outside the factory (Goal Aligment System).
Control production costs, maintenance costs and operating costs for the plant.
Select and apply the necessary tools of TPM to maintenance and production activities
