Project : Construction of New Maternity Hospital Galle
(Euro 42 Million project under Yellow Book Contract, bi-lateral loan agreement between
Germany and Sri Lanka, loan is implemented by KfW Bank Germany)
Responsible for
 contract administration work ( FIDIC yellow book, 1999 version)
 carrying out project management activity for large scale hospital construction project
(Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting)
 determination of Contractor’s claims EoT, additional cost etc
 design review submitted by the contractor
 checking and approval of construction method statements
