Join the Pre-opening as the first one of Project. I and management team setup for totally new Service Apartment (116 units, 72 headcounts) and put it into Operations: Review Pre-Opening budget and revise to meet up with Covid-19 situation and successfully opened this in 10/10/2020.
Project execution:
- Build up company structures by suggesting organization chart, manning and Job description.
- Recruitment plan and recruitment activities to meet up with project requirement: Hiring team member’s backup.
- Successfully setup the Property and put it in to Operations:
- Preopening plan and execution: Organization structure and suggest manning headcount to meet up with Covid 19 situation.
- Take care all HR matters and aspects: Recruitment, C&B Matrix build up, salary range and company regulations
- Build up P&P, SOP, Forms that meet up with Operations and HR matters
Training:
- Implement training activities for all Levels: Orientation training, BSC training for HODs, Coaching training for HDOs, Core value training and enhance Core value to all Team Member understanding.
- Our out training for some compulsory course to open to property: Firefighting, First aid, Safety work.

- Ensure that hotel’s hiring standards and governmental regulations are followed in timely manner for recruiting and selection process: JDs, Employer brand and job ads, IHG academy activities and target, Job boards: FB, Linkedin, interview guide and forms.
- Plan and assign works of HR team
Guest Experience:
- Stay current on market trends and local changes that impact guest satisfaction: HR leader network in the city, IHG Vietnam network, relation with local authorities…
- Make time to interact with guest to solicit feedback and understand how team can increase guest satisfaction: MOD overview and checklist, Hotel ambassador.
- Work with Department manager to develop initiatives to archive service standard and drive continuous improvement: Heart beat meeting, HODs and Excom meetings
Responsible Business:
- Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community and promote team member involvement in local community: True hospitality for good/ Giving for good month: Volunteer, environment activities, IHG academy
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and hotel policies and procedures: Labor law (work permit, PIT policies) casual staffs, employment contracts
- Research and investigate all workplace issues to discover facts, identify potential risks to the hotel and facilitate resolution through your employee relation programs: Colleague heartbeat, group for action plan to implement activities
- Collect and maintain data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism report to identify trends, training needs, and supervisory issues
