- Responsibility for the entire operation at the Reception.
- Answer general phone calls.
- Check in and check out for the guests, as well as handle cashier position.
- Know and be familiar with all documentation and stationery for daily operation.
- Know and be familiar with computer for documentations.
- Take order with incoming and outgoing emails with Sales Dept.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Always maintain a courteous attitude towards customers and settle problem to the guest also.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Natural ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- Ability to be a team leader
