*Sale Management
- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of assigned sales goals and profitability.
- Planning and managing sales territory with regular reporting to Director
- Providing the necessary information to other depts. in the company (Designing, Production, Purchasing…) to make a project plan.
- Responsible for promotions plan with Agents
- Responsible for the marketing activation plan and budget.
- Supervising and evaluating the effection of the marketing activation plan in the markets.
- Surveying the market regularly to looking for new solutions and ideas to improve sales and the quality of products.
- Updating on competitors offers and markets intelligence and sharing information with BOD.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
*Staff
- Managing, training, and overseeing staff
- Assigning tasks to Retail Officers and Supervisors.
- Ensuring that all staff members are performing their assigned duties.
- Setting sales goals and KPI for staff members.
- Overseeing hiring processes when there’s a vacancy in the staff.
*Operation
- Managing and overseeing administrative tasks in retail establishments.
- Responsible for the overall direction and daily management.
- Ensuring all customer complaints are addressed and handled in a professional and efficient manner
- Driving sales through effective use of the retail space
- Visiting customers and using their feedback to adapt selling strategies to their preferences
- Initiating changes to improve the business, such as revising closing hours to ensure the POS can compete effectively in the local market
- Creating plans to acquire new customers.
- Analyzing sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Working with Agents to build a plan to develop more POSs and increase terminals.
- Deploying activation programs for each provinces to increase revenue
*Cooperate with other departments
- Cooperating with Marketing team to build MKT strategies and activation plan.
- Cooperating with Field Support team to ensure equipment at POSs work effectively
- Cooperating with Network team to ensure stable FTTH for POSs
- Cooperating with Software team to update information about new versions on terminal.
*Report to BOD
- Reporting difficulties and proposing solutions
- Reporting on time and weekly update to Board of Directors
