WORK EXPERIENCE :
* From 08- 2014 to 2- 2021: Deputy CEO cum RSM of Asia Fish Oil company in South or Central Vietnam
+ Cooking Oil product such as: Ranee, Ranee Golden, Bep Vang, Mon Ngon, Golden Soya and Golden margarine.
+ Recruitment, training and management sales system including: RSM, ASM, SS, Sales Man and Distributors with support from DMS system.
- Identify the potential markets to calculate ASO, Manpower, distributor
- Build up the plan strategy for each product and every regions
- Create activity program: display, consumer/customer sampling and promotion, distribution blitz, incentive/bonus scheme and product’s image for sales tools and POSM
- Procedure to follow, tracking and evaluate every programs and competitors
- Hold, conduct and qualify the training programs for field sales, distributor and administrator
- Co-operate with marketing:
. 5 Ps and SWOT analysis to determine sales channel, customer target and competitor
. Product test and chose product portfolio, product launching plan, packaging
. Price structure for each channel
. Make sales contribution by region, Sales forecast and Shipment plan
. Identify the medial marketing for each product, channel, period and region
. Set programs to increase sales revenue/pipeline, market share and awareness
- Lead GT, MT channel, Trade Marketing, Sales Operation.
- Recruit and develop all sectional staffs to hit sales objectives
- Build the budget and Control sales department’s P&L achievements:
. Launched Ranee, Ranee Golden and Bep Vang…
- Done sales distribution system and operation process
- Hit over 60% product distribution after launching 03 months – Internal audit
- Recruited distributors and got over 50,000 ASO for sales
- Achieved the sales volume as target set
- Applied programs as wet-sampling, distribution blitz, display etc.
- Applied EDAC training program, conduct consumer sampling project for sales.
- Logistic delivery on time and on quantity for Distributors system in Vietnam.
