- Incorporated in Brand Equity Strategy to ensure the correct brand positioning and Brand
Essence elements are reflected in marketing activities.
- Participate in Marketing Strategy Planning process specific to the brands to develop the
Marketing plan (conduct and collect all relevant market and consumer data for the brands, i.e.
market and consumer needs analysis, competitor analysis, new category trends)
- Collect and analyze the financial information relevant to the brands to be reviewed by the
Managing Director (Marketing budgets, Revenue revived by brands, marketing activities...)
- Propose & Implement plans and programs for the brands to achieve the Marketing plan:
+ Participate in new concept/menu development or NSO projects from concept to launch
involving artwork design, production process, surveys, propose Marketing Calendar/Key
Window, LSM & LTO programs for all brands. (Coordinate with R&D and Operations teams in
product development process, coordinate with Operations Manager/Area Manager in
organizing consumer /trade activities; Work with Project Department for new store opening:
location, 3D view, interior design, signage system...; Be in contact with Finance Control
Department for Marketing Expense, Revenue..; Coordinate with partners, agencies, suppliers
to implement, monitor & control marketing activities)
+ Implement, monitor the progress of all communication initiatives for all brands (from ATL to
BTL).
+ Manage, operate, tracking & analyze CRM System: Saigon Taste App, VIP Member Card
+ Monitor and measure business performance for all brands against a set of KPIs approved
by the Managing Director including TC, TA, Revenue, Available profit, Marketing expense,
Marketing Contribution...
- Be responsible (as appropriate) for leading and providing guidance to Marketing Team.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance when required
