Từ 2017 đến hiện nay: Quản lý tại Ho Chi Minh City Takashimaya Department Store
 Being in-charge of Men and Casual Department including 6 sections Men business wear, business shoes, leather accessories, underwear, casual fashions, watch and sneakers/sport shoes. Total manage 30 Suppliers with over 50 Brands, over 150 promoters.
 Collaborate with many Brands to plan and run short-term event weekly at 6 promotion areas with many themes such as: Outdoor,
sport, household, bedding, electrical devices, travel items, Christmas items, men & ladies & kid apparels….
 Based on the strategy and expectation of Management, prepare promotion and marketing plan for each section to ensure achieve
sales target. Regularly feedback and discuss with Department and Division Manager to ensure the plan is the best for the store.
 Manage daily operation of store to ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service:
 Manage and motivate sales team to increase sales. Training and coaching to maintain sales service at required level.
 Conduct store inspection regularly to identify and solve urgent or arising issues. Check and control stocks.
 Handle customer complaints or inquiries.
 Brand management:
 Conduct market research and analysis on competitor’s stores. Evaluate sales performance of each brand.
 Check and control product quality, quantity and origins. Control visual merchandise of each brand.
 Check, discuss with supplier to prepare promotion and marketing plan to push sales and help to build up the brand.
 Collaborate with Advertising and Promotion Department to conduct marketing activities:
 Organize promotions programs, special displays and event. Analyze and evaluate sales result after each program.
 Prepare and execute advertising and promotion plans and schedules.
 Plan and execute effective merchandise zoning, layout and display by working closely with Visual Display team and vendors so
as to present the merchandise in an exciting and interesting manner to portray the desired concept and theme.
 Collaborate with Legal, Administration, Accounting, IT to prepare all the documents such as Consignment Contract, Insurance Contract, Sales Report, Payment documents, VAT invoices….
 Collaborate with Maintenance & Electrical Department to prepare, check the layout, technical drawing, electrical map of all
counter.

 At Marks and Spencer, being in-charge of 5 sections including Ladies, Men, Kid, Lingerie and Toiletries. Leading a store team with
30 staffs. Managing store with total sale area 1,000 sqm, over 50,000 products each season.
 At H.E by Mango and Mango Touch, leading a team 10 staffs to manage over 10,000 products each season. At Mango Crescent
(Mango Lady), leading a team 15 staffs to manage over 30,000 products each season.
 Be responsible for retail sales growth with profit. Provide the best service to the customers.
 Create a working atmosphere that is conductive for teamwork. Coaching and developing sales team to grow their competence and
professionalism in line with company’s value.
 Set up Stock management procedure, do replenishment plan every week. Ensure to maximize sales with current merchandise.
 Create and develop all the procedures in store to maximize the productivity of all team members.
 Manage goals, work plan, and schedule so as to ensure team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
 Collaborate with the other teams (Brand, marketing, visual merchandise…) to ensure the best achieved in line with brand’s
guideline and company’s policy. Maximize profitability, increase productivity and efficiency.
