Từ 2020 đến 2020: Quản lý tại Korean Company – CE Display/ IT/ LCD
Managed the Channel distribution: two distributions VSC & PSD and the channel with over 50 dealers for both South and Central of Viet Nam.
- In-charged directly some key & potential accounts: FPT Retail, MWG, Tiki, Shoppe, Lazada, Onpoint, Nguyen Kim, Phong Vu, Ngoi Sao Lon.
- Led the team: 2 Deputy Sales Managers, 3 Sales Reps, 1 RS, 7 PGs/PBs with giving the advice, direction and support team to handle their job to achieve the KPI by getting over the company target.
- Worked with Distributors, dealers to make the Sell-in, Sell through, Sellout, forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly to ensure that is stable with the company sales plan and the target growth rate as well.
- Balanced the Channel Policy (price) – RRP by the advice tools and closely cooperate with Distribution and all dealer for both offline and online market.
- Consulted the Sell-in, Sell-through, Sell-in support programs to minimize the channel inventory and distributors & end-user benefits.
- Took care the new project of developing new Distributor: CMC, DGW to increase more market share and market zone as well.
- Cooperated with operation team to manage the weekly, monthly, quarter delivery sales target, aging controller.
