- Obtain several sub-licenses for operating conditional business activities of a Japanese investor;
- Reviewing and translating contracts for a leading company in product testing and verification;
- Provide legal advice to a major local company in supporting industry to facilitate its businesses;
- Draft an advisory letter to assist a client in handling a potential labor violation;
- Research and provide resolution to a client to ensure its foreign loans are processed in compliance with regulations on foreign exchange management.
