+ Procuremenr/Purchasing:
- Evaluated the final list of suppliers for the supplier selection process.
- Reviewed all final suppliers' quotations to ensure the budget allocation.
- Cost / Budget control regarding all purchasing volume and also overhead cost and headcount of purchasing
function according to the approved budget
- Responsible for all procurement and purchasing processes conducted by purchasing officers.
- Be responsible for overseeing price negotiation, order monitoring, ontime delivery and quality for all
thematerial categories.
- Join weekly meetings with board management to update the current operational project status.
- Created and advised the Health, Safety, Security & Environment plan for the operation and handling
atconstruction sites.
- Monthly review the shipping plan & schedule with the key suppliers to ensure consistent performances.
- Accountable for the timely completion of any projects as requested.
- Responsible for order placing through ERP - Oracle correctly and timely.
- Monitor and Cooperate with Subcontractor such as : Scaffolding Subcontractor, Fire Proofing Subcontractor,
Insulation Subcontractor, Water-Proofing Subcontractor.
- Define and implement Purchasing KPI’s and targets among the team, keep track and record the update status
accordingly.
- Jon in every negociation meeting with suppliers to make sure all process follow the company policy and take
highest profit to company.
- Visit, evaluate, audit all Key - Supplier and make proposal to release the suppliers with the team.
+ Logistics :
- Update delivery time with Supplier, arrange vehicle to delivery product from Supplier's factory to
construction site.
- Monitor the delivery schedule continously to make sure the product come to site on time.
- With Over-sea Purchasing, after confirm the Purchase Order, receive delivery information and arrange
cargo/air freight to delivery to site, work closely with Forwarder to make sure all the product will be deliveried
on time, minimize risk during delivery from over-sea factory to site, .
- Check HS Code for the over-sea product, clear custom and arrange truck to carry the product from
Port/Airport to Site.
+Planning :
- Received Master Schedule from Construction team, base on it and make the Procurement Plan for Main
Material (Request for quotation time, Order time, delivery time,...) to make sure meet with Master Schedule of
project.
- Consult the lead time of every main material (Steel, Concrete, sand,..) for construction team.
- Arrange delivery plan to optimize the operation cost and maximize the profit to company.
Achievement:
1- Nghi Son Refinery Plant – Phase 2 (2018 - Present)- Managed and Operated all phase 2 project bidding with
the lowest cost of operation.- 0% Turnover rate among team members to ensure consistent data and project
intelligence.
2- Long Son Refinery – Package B & C (2019 - Present)- All delivery plans until now were conducted timely
and correctly with 0% delay.- Lower 15% operational cost from the starter phase to the implementation phase.-
Achieved the completion of the operation earlier than the deadline 30 working days.
