1) Main Responsibility
- Receive, review and clarify proposals, solutions and documents from all management levels and submit them to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Advising and assisting the Director to formulate and implement the
operation plan and development orientation of the Company;
- Assist departments and divisions in planning goals, plans and policies
according to functions assigned by the Director;
- Collect, update, analyze, summarize information about new legal
documents, press information, market trends, and modern management knowledge in the industries that the Company operates for. Board of
Directors - Actively coordinating with departments to propose to the General Director to participate in agendas, conferences, skills training courses, CEOlevel knowledge, domestic awards on industries that Companies are or will participate in activities.
2) Administrative assistant jobs:
- Arrange, arrange and update the working schedule, meeting schedule and working schedule of the Director.
- Drafting documents, official letters or / and other documents under the direction of the Director.
- Follow up, remind and urge stakeholders about the report and results of implementation of the directions or / and the agreed contents in the meetings of the Directors.
- Other tasks assigned by the Director.
3) Sale Admin tasks:
- Support department heads and other Sales staff to create business plans and strategies.
- Monitoring and handling arising situations, promptly reporting to all leaders.
- Prepare, draft, process documents and papers, records, contracts, letters ... of customers as well as department.
- Receive information, update data, the department's operation situation accurately and completely.In charge of liaising with suppliers, partners, customers; directly support customers in business activities.
- Report sales weekly / monthly / quarterly / annually for managers, sales managers, update sales data, prepare detailed sales reports, sales, sales staff debt.
- Support the head of the department in administrative work, perform some other support work for the sales department, if directed by the Director.
