o Manage job evaluation process, job band & title system as a foundation for salary structure, career roadmap, training and development.
o Manage the development/review/implementation of Policy & Procedure.
• Talent Acquisition:
o Consult on hiring trends, recruitment policies and procedures to align with project workforce planning from time to time.
o Ensure the fairness, transparency in implementing TA activities in accordance with procedures and labor laws.
o Evaluate for better hiring channel.
• Human Resources Business Partner:
o Act as consultants for management and operations staff on HR management at the departments in-charge.
o Control the implementation of the rules and regulations related to HR management activities at the departments in-charge.
o Manage and supervise the induction and orientation for newcomers (Management level)
o Participate in training and development evaluation. Keep track on the employee satisfaction survey.
o Establish the working relationships with all kinds of level employee and other HR Department to ensure the processes are implemented effectively and meet needs of staff.
• Internal Communication:
o Develop, plan and implement program in internal communication in accordance with the orientation in developing its culture and core values.
o Develop and implement program in employee’s survey time by time

o Works directly with Head of departments to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.

o Effectively manage the HR budget and contribution to the Group’s business planning cycle.

o Main responsibility for promotion, salary adjustment, yearly salary review...
o Main responsibility for verify all PIT, salary, C&B documents of all Subsidiaries
o Main responsibility for all termination process
o Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of the company’s wage and salary program.
o Main responsibility in executing a timely, professional and accurate compensation and benefits services across the Group
o Main responsibility in C&B policy/ procedure
o Company budget control
o Setup KPI for all staffs base on company budget and target.
o Make report and analyze all C&B report, but not limited to C&B survey, salary range, etc. And apply for implementation for all changes.
o Collect and analyze data for M&A project

o Identify the position need to recruit from the recruitment request
o Coordinate with Head of Dept. for building up Job description for all position.
o Identify suitable recruitment channels, sourcing for suitable candidates, screen applicants
o Making announcement of new employees
o Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures, techniques and forms are adhered to and recommend improvements
o Coordinates and/or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
o Executing and follow up all organization development activities for the Group
• Administration:
o Manage Administration Manager of Subsidiaries in admin operation function.
o Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
o Ensure all KPIs that are set by shared and outsourced services are achieved at the stipulated and agreed time frame.
o Provide day to day support for all aspects of the center infrastructure.
o Adhere to related company’s policies and procedures
o Manage all company facility and office equipment.
o Manage all admin cost: taxi, air ticket, stationary…
o Other Admin task related.
