- Liaise with Operations team to develop a high standard of service for the shopping center
- Develop communication strategy for short, mid, and long term to raise brand awareness in HCMC
EURASIA CONCEPT – Italian luxury interior at Times Square Saigon (40% workload)
- Collaborate with Sales department for sale promotions, events, PR, …
- Liaised with other departments to successfully open a new showroom in Ha Noi (30A Ly Thuong Kiet, Hang Bai, Hoang Kiem) on Dec 4th, 2020 – Achieved 90% sales target of 10 billion VND in the opening time
- Successfully open a new megastore of Eurasia Concept in D.1 (No.15-17-19 Ton That Thiep) on July 5th, 2020, then guide a team to develop social and PR activities for it
- Liaise with top-tier furniture/ accessory suppliers in EU to discuss event plan within the year
RENAISSANCE COLLECTION – High-end musical instrument: Bluthner (Germany) & Bosendorfer (Austria) piano (20% workload)
- Train staffs for digital technics and content strategy to improve content posts to be more viral and eye-catching
- Liaise with other departments for ideas and timeline for promotions and events
- Instruct a team to survey a new site for the showroom of Renaissance Collection, and work with suppliers for showroom rendering designs
- Guide the team to work with an agency to develop a new corporate identity, and design a communication plan for the brand
