Position: Senior Trade Marketing Executive
- Be responsible for the development of trade plans and collaborating with regional sales managers and distributor sales-force to implement trade plans in order to achieve sales objectives, the market shares objectives, company’s objectives and goals.
- Develop and implement the trade plan including display, new outlet development, sampling, activation
and promotions to meet and exceed company expectation in distribution, visibility and sales.
- Develop POSM in order to deliver distribution and visibility objectives.
- Manage trade budget and sales target.
- Monitor and evaluate entire trade activities, newlaunch/re- launch; evaluates both planning and executing.
- Analyze internal data, market data to evaluate and make development proposals.
*** Achievement:
- The revenue in 2019 increased 95% compare to 2018.
- Manage 1,500 display outlets.
- Deploy smoothly 60 activation sessions in nationwide at 2019 Tet Campaign
