- Legal project:
+ Assist Legal Manager in researching and furnishing legal advices related to real estate development project compliance with the laws.
+ Directly perform administrative procedures (pink books, in-principle approval, investor approval, etc.), interface with government agencies regarding Le Van Si Project, Cantavil Premier Project, An Phu 01 Project.
+ Participate in project operation of 05 buildings in An Phu Ward, District 2 with more than 500 customers and partners.
+ Engage in handing over the rights of managing and operating the building and legal documentation to the Board of Committee of Cantavil Premier Apartment Building.
- Legal corporate:
+ Participate actively in front line negotiations and interface with customers, business partners, suppliers.
+ Prepare/review all internal documents of the company, all contracts or any other documentation where the company has committed itself.
+ Build/adjust the procedure of the sale and purchase of apartments and keep tracking such procedure in order.
+ Join in negotiation, settlement of disputes with partners, customers, suppliers.
