Direct involvement in perform audit procedures for all financial
statement line items in accordance with applicable accounting and
auditing standard, including International Financial Reporting
Standard and Vietnam Accounting Standard.
• Understand and evaluate internal control system and giving conclusion on effectiveness of control systems.

Took part in the audit engagement at a strategic level including giving
advice to audit team manager and engagement leader on audit plan to
carry out the audit efficiently and effectively in accordance with clients
background and applicable accounting and auditing standards,
including International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS), United
States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and
Vietnam Accounting Standard (VAS).
• Direct involvement in understanding and performing audit procedures
regarding valuation of private equities, financial instruments and real
estate properties using financial modeling such as discounted cash flow, direct comparison, residual income, direct capitalisation.
• Liaise with clients, solely with Chief Financial Officer and Chief
Accountants and the team audit manager as well as engagement leaders on audit issues with good communication.
• Work with variety industry-based clients including but not limited to:
investment funds, securities companies, e-commerce, real estate,
construction, fast moving consumer goods, foods and beverages, media, industries material.
• Understand and evaluate internal control system and giving conclusion on effectiveness of control systems, including providing advice on internal control optimisation.
• Ensure Business Ethics Compliance in all audit engagements.
• Familiarised with accounting system such as SAP, Oracle and SUN

Involving in M&A, debt and capital raising transactions with regard to
financial due diligence, carve-out review and vendor due diligence for
a wide range of clients including corporates and private equity firms.
• Helping client across the deal continuum to develop the right strategy, identifying issues that support clients negotiation and give right value.
• Performing analysis of financial data and presenting key trends behind the performance of a business, discussing business performance, financial model and forecast assumptions.
• Reviewing of transaction documents, highlighting key areas to
protect/extract value around impact on the pricing mechanism,
warranties and other transaction aspects.
• Designing and completing background profiles of a company, its
competitors and its industry.
• Writing reports that set out findings and recommendations around the
key financial and business issues in a transaction concerning
adjustments made to EBITDA, Net Assets, Working capital and Net debt analyses.
• Focused industries include but not limited to renewable energy, fast
moving consumer goods, retail, real estate and construction.
• Direct involvement in internal training as instructor/facilitator of
newly effective International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) such
as IFRS 9 Financial Instruments, IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with
Customers and IFRS 16 Leases.
• Being a Digital Accelerator as part of PwC's Digital Solutions initiative
and familiarised with data analysis and data cleansing tools such as
Power BI and Alteryx.
