Manage 10 staff under me and all related work in HRD (Recruitment/Training/ER/C&B and some tasks assigned by HRD/BOD)
- Plan, organize and monitor the implementing of HR detailed policies and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) including but not limit the following tasks to ensure high level of productivity and efficiency of manpower within company
- Recruitment includes interview & selection, recruitment plan, headcount budget
- Staffing includes developing career level and management structure; job description and specification.
- Performance management includes developing KPIs, performance appraisal tools and system to appraise and improve performance of individual and team.
- Talent engagement and retention includes designing employee engagement programs to keep high performing employees to build and maintain high performance workplace.
- Training and development included training need analysis (TNA), yearly training plan, budget analysis, monitoring training bond and designing career development plan.
- Employee communication includes holding regular meetings and dialog between management and employees, publishing newsletter, poster, brochure, leaflet and communicating through internal events and other employee activities.
- Employee relations including internal rules and regulation, discipline and reward, complaint solving, internal investigation and panel of inquiry, labor contract and termination, labor union relation and collective agreement, labor conciliation committee and employee survey.
- Compensation and benefits management includes job analysis and evaluation, salary and benefit structure, incentive bonus system, labor cost report and control, salary review and survey.
- Provides management team with advices, solutions and knowledge of latest HR management practice to resolve HR problems and improve performance of employees.
- Works with IT department to develop and maintain HR database.
- Suggests improvements and changes when and where it needs to improve efficiency.
- Works with line managers and related employees at all levels to resolve related issues effectively and diplomatically.
- Manages HR staff and ensure high level of performance of individual and the whole team.
- Establishes and promotes a working spirit within department that encourages teamwork and cooperation, commitment and engagement, creative thinking and efficiency.
- Manages and controls departmental expenditure within approved budgets.
- Works as internal trainer on HR management related skills and knowledge.
- Prepares analytic reports that provide a real and clear picture about department activities and performance

- Recruit the right Candidates that meet the requirements of Company’s Dept.
- Negotiate about the onboard date and salary of successful candidates
- Main responsibility in IL Hiring and making reports
- Organize all the recruitment events/activities (f or example: Walk In Interview; Job Fair; Recruitment Day; …)
- The main representative of Recruitment Sect ion in orientating for the IL newcomers to help them have
a general view about recruiting activities of Plant.
- Make some Recruitment Programs, such as: EGE; IOP; EIT; etc. To put forward a great many ideas to improve the style of recruitment work to ensure the work smoothly run.
- Consult to the BOD about the improvements in hiring and making some programs for recruitment
- Tracking and preparing all need things for new employees’ onboard date.
