- Recruited more than 10 communities that have members' profile relevant to target audience of 2 different lifestyle platforms such as Rap & Hip hop communities, Biker community and Golf community.
- Developed online & offline activation plan for communities through multiple touchpoints such as events, social media fanpage or high traffic outlets with different activities such as visibility, sampling, trade promotion or online KOLs to increase brand awareness, trials and off take volume.
- Managed CRM database with more than 800,000 consumers’ contacts. Frequently conduct data validation and created consumer loyalty program to drive for off take volume.
- Assisted Group Brand Manager to drive brand portfolio strategy including assess new product opportunities, identify focus areas to achieve growth goals and secure implementation.
