- Planning time and resources for the audit, designing audit procedures;
- Building good relationship with client during the engagement, analyzing financial and non-financial information of clients to gain understand about their performance and identify significant or high risk
areas to focus on during the audit;
- Preparing financial reports (Consolidation, Separate and IFRS);
- Analyzing all audit adjustments, control deficiencies and discussing with client, advising clients to
improve their internal control system; review the budget, sale policy;
- Coaching team members to help them cutting the complexity and to assist their learning; and - Addressing the requirements of partner and manager in a timely manner. Recognization:
- Rate 4/5 (high performance)
