Manage MROs and MRPs and purchasing plan of raw materials (stainless steels), grinding wheel, machining tools, semi-finished trading products (round/chipper knives in wood, plastic industries...), OEM products in and out of country for production and sales.
- Conducting procurements of spare parts machinery and equipment for maintenance.
- Administration maintenance services of machines and factory reparation. - Supervise all purchasing activities connecting with headquarter in US and other companies of the Fisher Barton groups
- Responsible for costing price calculations after finished import with TAX required
- Follow up the POs (Purchase Order) of on time delivery and payment

Operate and supervise purchasing of all raw materials (stainless Steel) and semi-finished products (nail tools...) outboard countries in service of production line.
- Manage all purchasing for all materials of nail lacquer (base, soild colors, brush- es, glasses, bottles...) for nail lacquer workshop
- Conducting procurement of spare parts machinery and equipment for mainte- nance.
- Handling applying Template for Notification Cosmetic of Products
- Negotiate purchasing items on sale contracts with Buyer partners, review all items issue before sending to Director for signatures
- Build supportive interaction relationships with suppliers.
- Manage booking for all export shipment (FCL/LCL)
- In charge of controling customs declarations/clearances and cargo deliveries to warehouse
- Regulate MIN MAX and stock values to ensure all company requirements
- Knowledge of Bravo Software (ERP)

- Offering competitive costing price after finished import TAX required

- Control customs declaration and delivery cargo to warehouse
- Regulate MIN MAX stock and value of stock always reach to target
