ACSV Legal is a corporate and commercial law firm practicing in Vietnam. ACSV Legal focuses on foreign direct investment, Corporate / M&A, private equity transactions and a broad range of finance and commercial matters. ACSV Legal has one of the premier M&A practices in Vietnam and its approach is to understand the legal, commercial and political dynamics of every matter.
