- Research on Legal issues related to many fields such as enterprise, investment, labor, real estate, etc;
- Be in charge of all company issues relating to licensing application for obtaining or amending Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC), Representative Office; obtaining Entry Visa, Temporary Resident Cart (TRC), Work Permit (WP), House Air Waybill Certificate, etc;
- Draft internal documents for clients' company such as Charter, Labor Contract, Collective Labor Agreement for an enterprise in Vietnam;
- Translate legal documents and contracts from Vietnamese to English and vice versa;
- Admin works as assigned by Managing Director, assist with billing and accounting.

Research on Legal issues related to many fields such as business lines, investment, labor, etc;
Draft a legal summary on the new points of the new Investment Law and Enterprise Law, especially the points which are related to foreign investors;
Update new Legal documents every month for clients. Prepare and draft checklist of required documents and information to apply for Approval on Demand to use Foreign Employee, Work -Permit, Temporary Resident Card for clients;
Support to draft the application dossier for issuance and amendment of the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC);
Support to prepare list of documents for clients to sue in VIAC and draft Lawsuit Petition; submit the Lawsuit Petition and related documents to VIAC;
Support to submit the application dossier for IRC and ERC;
Support to draft Charter for an enterprise in Vietnam;
Support to draft Internal Labor Contract and Collective Labor Agreement for an enterprise in Vietnam;
Support to draft internal documents for clients' company such as notice of meeting, meeting minutes, labor contract, etc.
Translate legal opinion, documents and contracts from Vietnamese to English and vice versa;
Well completed the work assigned by the company.
