- Do follow up tightly and email Managers of relevant departments their employees’ Employment Contracts (Full-time and Part-time contract);
- Arrange perfectly for employees to sign their contract on schedule by the effective date;
- Ensure that valid contracts are signed and on file for all working staff at all times.
E-filing
- Scan and name carefully necessary and compulsory documents of employees;
- Store logically scanned and named documents.
Expat services and Visa
- Collect required documents and apply work permit and residence card for all expats;
- Do payment request for expats for their benefits as company’s policy;
- Apply working visa for staff when working abroad.
Employee Relations
- Communication clearly and regularly with Supervisors/ Managers of clubs and employees to provide relevant information by telephone, in written form, email or in person;
- Consult and explain to staff issues that are related to company policy, PIT, compulsory insurance and labor code;
- Conflict management.
Produce email for the information of employees’ monthly Medical Insurance Card and support as per request;
Daily conduct feedback for culture interviews;
Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity;
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.

- Mange up-to-date personnel files on all staff (using Excel), including copies of their CV, job application, contracts, etc. and other files relevant to their employment.

- Ensure that valid contracts are signed and saved on files.

A highly organized, dedicated and diplomatic HR Administrator Officer with more than two years of experience working in services at the small and large firms, reflected in a proven ability to improve working consequences with a great number of personalities, approximately more than 2000 employees (only in the South) in latest company. A diligent employee who is willing to work under pressure with high sense of responsibilities and quickly adapt to the ever-changing conditions with good problem-solving skills. Currently seeking for a challenging position that will utilize my knowledge and experiences in the growth of the company.
