- Responsibilities:
1. Admin activities:
- In-charge to apply or renew visa/ work permit/ PVP for associates and expats.
- Site event: Be YEP committee 2020.
2. Recruitment:
- In-charge interview for manufacturing operator and
technician positions.
- On-boarding:
+ Arrange and make sure topic on-boarding schedule for trainers on time.
+ Follow up and support for new hire during on-boarding time. Make sure 100% new hire complete on-boarding tests.
+ Upload participants on E-Learning system.
3. Employer Branding:
- Follow up contents to post on Social Media.
- Support to organize external activities (In-charge full-cycle logistics arrangement).
4. Health & Wellness program:
- Host “Nutrition Drink Monthly” program
- Responsibilities:
