Assistant to Project Manager
- Coordinate with the Head of Secretary to support and handle document.
- Attend the meeting at the request of the Director and draft of meeting minutes

- Organize weekly in-house activities and monthly off-site activities such as snack sessions, monthly birthday, dinner parties,
office conference meetings/calls, Year-end party,...
- Manage weekly payment for office related expenses, make a necessary payment approval and maintain office in good
conditions
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, service providers and partner in order to get the best pricing on supplies
and services
- Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and facilitate the shipments of necessary items across the APAC region
- Prepare welcoming gift box and business card for new joiners
