• Make the training plan and control the implement follow as plan.

• Manage the HR-GA staffs

• Booking air ticket, hotel

• P.I.C of company events: Year end party, yearly work
• Keep the good relationship with government agencies

• Build the Company policies and HR processes: Salary policy, bonus policies, labor
contract management procedure, on board – off board procedure, disciplinary solving procedure…
• Manage the employee labor contract: Probation contract, official labor contract, termination labor contract
• Build the Company Regulation, Collective Labor Agreement
• Support to establish the Trade Union
• Manage the employee data
• P.I.C of labor disciplinary
• Manage the changing employee relation tasks such as: Promotion, Demotion, Movement…
• P.I.C of labor reports to submit to government offices timely and ad – hoc
• KPI appraisal
➢ HR Business partner
• Support all the joint venture companies in Supplier park to build the Company policies, Company regulation, Salary scale
• Support the joint venture companies to build the company benefit
• Take care, proposal, resolving all the HR projects, HR missions related to the Escooter manufactories, Supplier park, IT, Security – safety and firefighting unit
➢ Other tasks as HR Manager’s assignment: Recruitment, P.I.C of ISO of HR Dept., support company event, support line manager to build the Job description…
