- Searching and get material quotation/catalogue/sample for Bidding, running new project or submitting to Clients/Supervisors
- Preparing Bidding documents follows Project Director requests
- Drafting and checking Contract/Appendix/ Liquidation with Clients, Subcontractors, Suppliers.
- Purchasing and arranging delivery materials to construction site on schedule
- Follows up, checking and submitting to BOD monthly payment proposal of Client/Subcontractor/Supplier of all projects.
- Sending project daily report to BOD through email
- Preparing and checking monthly payment report/ payment status of all projects to BOD
- Ordering stationery and making timesheet for Engineering Department.
=> Thanks to working in pressure and professional environment nearly 4 years at SW Company, I am more better, confident and flexible in jobs handling. I've already know how to organize and manage all documents, reports, drawing (hard and also soft file)...of all projects in the scientific way. Beside that I can work well and efficiently with other department as well as Client, subcontractor and supplier. It also teach me some knowledge in Construction that I’ve not known before.
