Labor Contract:
- Follow-up and conduct probationary contracts, labor contracts, appendixes, resignation
procedures, etc.
- Draft and send decisions/ announcements relating to HR department (resignation, promotion,
etc.)
Insurance: Support to conduct reports regarding to Social Insurance for increasing / decreasing
records, policies, etc.
PIT: Register PIT code for new employees
HR System Management:
- Monitor and update employee profiles of companies in group
- Follow-up and monitor annual leave of employees
- Handle monthly timesheet record and report to line manager
- Preserve documents to keep confidential and do it easy to look for
- Update company regulations, employee's hand book, salary scale, and labor report
Recruitment:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs for appropriate job board/ college, etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using database, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews by use various recruiting methods for filter candidates
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to line manager
Employee Relationship:
- Support admin team and Company Union in planning & organizing Happy Day, Year End
Party, the Women Day’s Party, and other internal activities.
- Design material and decorate background for special Parties.
- Develop ideas of activities to create connecting environment among employees.
