Management
- Manage 01 HR staff, 01 Receptionist cum Admin staff, security team (02 persons)
Cleaner team (09 persons)
- Build a system HR-Admin processes, company culture, regulations for the company,…
and make sure those processes are done.
Recruitment:
- Coordinate with Directors, Head of departments to plan recruitment
- Receive all manpower requisition, build recruitment plan, find and choose the effective
recruitment plan.
- Screening CV, contact candidates, arrange interview appointment, interview the
original general information
- Welcome newcomer, following the right recruitment procedure to orientation, training
for new employees
- Always keep relationships with partners to ensure quality recruitment.
- Update information, profile of all employees.
- Introduce to all department by welcome email.
- Introduce the policy and rule of company.
Labour contract-Insurance:
- Follow the labor contract duration for all employees and send the evaluation form to
head of department.
- Feedback to the employees and make all the contract, appendix
- Ensure the timely process
- Make insurance increase-decrease monthly by software.
- Issued insurance card, book for new employees and return insurance for resign
employees
- Solve sickness and pregnancy benefit under the social insurance law.
- Support the others problem relate to insurance policy as: merge-cancel insurance
process, change information, re-new,...
- Make and collated report monthly
Attendance-Payroll:
- Follow attendance and overtime daily, weekly, monthly.
- Follow annual leave, sick leave and others leave.
- Summary of weekly, monthly attendance and send to all department.
- Count salary, business fees, allowance fee.
- Answer all question for all employees relate to attendance, salary (if any).
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll report and timely salary transfer for all employees.
- Register Personal Income Tax for Employees
- Register Family Circumstance Deductions (if any).
Discipline-Resign:
- Meetings and decision making disciplinary, dismissal.
- Handle resignation procedures, contract termination ...
- Solve the problem of conflicts and questions within the company
Admin:
- Set up periodic health examination and issued uniforms.
- Management of environmental, fire prevention and fighting, human resources records.
- Checking and following labor safety, Property safety, law.
- Controlling some legal procedures related to foreigners (temporary residence,
extending visa, work-permit and resident cards…)
- Control Driver, security, cleaner
Report:
- Attendance report daily.
- Recruitment report weekly.
- Payroll and insurance report monthly.
- Make some report relate to labor under Vietnam law.
Union:
- Organization all event, travel, teambuilding.
- Build the plan for holidays.
