Sample Merchandiser Leader
Handle order from sample stage to receiving bulk’s order stage The main buyer: PUMA
- Receive order from head quarter in Singapore, input order in company’s ERP, translate and inform correct information to factory
- Hold online handover meeting between factory and development team in Singapore to make sure that factory in Viet Nam is processing as buyer’ request
- Coordinate with Purchaser to receive ETD/ETA schedule & push supplier for material in house on time & alert, solve material issue for no impact to delivery time of sample
- Follow up detail status of sample and feedback to head quarter and buyer
- Coordinate with all teams in factory: technician, planning, shipping, QA, production team to solve any issue occurred during production time to catch up production’s plan
- Work with outside printer, embroidery and make contract, process payment

- Coordinate with QA/QC to monitor quality of goods and solve any issues occurred
