- Receive and handle other customer requests.Update and analyze the features of new

products and answer customers' queries via phone and email.- Manage and track sales
contracts to ensure that the contract is full of information and is stored in accordance with
regulations.- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure continuity of services and
