• Control the cash flow to help company to escape the short in cash and interrupt in business.
• Delivery management report and budget deviation in time (separated and consolidated FS).
• Provide data-driven advice or business insight and proposals to the strategic decisions of the CEO and management team.
• Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Oversee various accounting operations and managed month-end and year-end closing process
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting
• Worke closely with internal and external parties (Tax, Auditor...) to act in compliance with VAS/IFRS/ Tax Laws currently.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Debt management and collection
• Work with bank for loans.
• Build Financial Modeling and gave advice for business model
• Monitoring the performance of restaurants and COGS with SCM team
• Control, enhance and optimize costs effectiveness at all Depts.
• Training and coaching on tax compliance regulatory matters and accounting process.
• Lead and develop Finance and Accounting team
