- My job is based on:
• Reporting revenue to Director weekly
• Assisting in production of sales and marketing literature and maintain team operation.
• Making monthly marketing plans and implementing them to attract more customers as well as build the business's reputation: Organize events at schools, advertising campaigns, media, PR for programs and build relationships with high schools. , Colleges and Universities in the country under the coordination of the Director to promote marketing & enrollment.
• Managing and recording all sales enquiries via CRM daily.
• Providing comprehensive marketing analysis to entire team on a weekly basis.
• Developing and updating customer profiles and articulate their value in team strategic planning, execute on recommendations, and track results.
• Highlighting potential customers groups
• Updating information frequently with partners and clients.
• Counseling of prospective students and their families regarding study abroad opportunities.
• Provision of information on institutions to students either face to face or over the telephone and media.
• Preparing visa application for students.
• Guiding customers to complete Embassy's requirements to apply visa.
• Following up Offer Letter, visa and health check result for students’ applications.
• Arranging accommodation and airport pickup for students.
• Other tasks as assigned by the team leader/line manager

selecting a restaurant, planning an anniversary surprise, organizing a ferry trip.
• Being responsibility in room sale via phone as well as email.
• Advertising the Inn on media publicationssuch as: pinterest.

• Doing check-in and check-out paper work

• Training new interns
• Being in-charge by myself at least 2 nights a week.
