- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents for clients: Labor contracts, Labor regulations, Salary tables, agreements on the capital contribution or purchase of shares/stakes, service contracts, and etc;
- Consulting legal issues of clients, including establishing, Enterprise type changing, M&A, business suspending, closing (for all type of enterprise: local companies, FDI companies);
- Consulting on Labor regulations: registering internal Labor regulations, other matters related to foreigner employee;
- Consulting and implementing procedure of establishing, registered information changing and closing Representative Office of Foreigner traders;
- Consulting and implementing procedure of securing outward investment certificate from Vietnam;
- On behalf of clients to contact and work with competent state authorities to handle their legal issues.
