- Compensation & benefits:
- Handle and manage full payroll process of employees; generate monthly payroll report such as payroll cost allocation to Finance & Accounting Department, overtime report to regional
- Handle all matters relating to compulsory insurance and personal income tax, extra insurance
- Be the key contact for HR Audit from internal and external audit parties
- Be HR Information system and eLeave system administrator: update and maintain personnel file records, the information is update to date according to policy, organization structure.
- Analyze and prepare relevant reports to the Management for necessary actions
Employee relation:
- Prepare verbal/ written warning forms; issue decision on disciplines case by case
- Process the employee termination as request from Management; prepare other reports under HRM’s instruction and request.
Performance Management:
- Assist HRM to execute mid-year review and year end performance tracking process; consolidate and verify the accurateness of scoring
- Coordinate with HRM to work with GD on salary review and performance bonus process
- Prepare and distribute the salary review result and performance bonus award announcement
Recruitment and New hire/ Leaver process:
- Implement full cycle of recruitment process from engaging with stakeholders to understand the hiring need, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, obtaning and assess reference checks
of candidates, offering and on-boarding
- Work with hiring managers to complete the job requisitions, determine recruitment strategy and execute the full cycle hiring process, design recruitment advertisement, job posting
- Partner with HRM to initiate and execute employer branding activities to attract talents and build effective sourcing channels
- Manage the recruitment agencies, drive continuous improvement activities to make sure hiring processes are lean effective; prepare the related reports.
- Handle exit interview, clearance checklist and related documetation for leavers.
Training and Development:
- Organize training activities according to the annual training plan, provide the training analysis/ summary and evaluation after the training, measure the change of behavior of the trainees
- Explore and propose lists of effective training vendors to deliver training needs as per Company expectation
- Monitor and maintain training budget, keeping an accurate record of expenditure
- Together with HRM to conduct orientation for new hires; daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for HRM
HR Projects and Others:
- Participate or lead in HR Projects or company assigned projects; any other assignment from superior.
- Coordinate with Finance Deparment to do the annual HR budget and planning.
