HR & General Affair:
•Recruitment: Working with other departments to create JD for initial positions, posting recruitment informations on social media, LinkedIn, Zalo,… Contact with candidates and conduct interviews (both online and offline)
•Monthly Compensation & Benefit: Prepare monthly timesheet attendance, payslip for all staffs
•Social Insurances: Check and update employees insurances datas through EFY application
•Building KPIs and 360 degree KPI review every 6 months.
•In charge of paperwork process for Expatriate/Foreigner Employee: Doing visa run, criminal report, workpermit process,… for foreigner employees.
Internal communication & Event management:
•Helding monthly event: staffs birthday, happy hour, happy lunch,…etc
•Lauching company’s core values campaign every 02 months, core values workshop every quarter,
•Manage and prepare internal events such as: Teambuilding, Pool Party, Company’s trip, YEP,…etc

I have almost 3 years of proven experience in HR, specializing as a General Assistant and C&B Specialist in one of the Vietnamese government Departures (Americas and Europe Intelligent Department). Beside that, I have had experience as external Recruiter/ Talent Sourcing & Attraction along with 04 years experiences in Internal Communication. I also have a thorough understanding of HR internal & external operations, Candidates’ insights, and clients’ expectations; together with my colleagues, we cover talent searches for all sectors.
