Position : Anchor Account Executive- Sale Supervisor Level
Key responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities with Anchor Accounts within the Territory, grow volume and market share in Anchor Accounts in assigned locations
- Dealing with new Owner for Exclusive outlet SPVB only and dealing renew contact with customer:
- High negotiated level in sale.
- Dealing 100% exclusive brand, produce by win win solutions with customer
- Building good relationship with customers so that making easily in fix problems and deal renew contract with them.
- Deeply in management contract, payment, debt, visibility...to ensure get highest customer's satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise sales representatives to achieve target on every Anchor Accounts
- Coordinate with ASM, SA, Sale Supervisor, regarding day-to-day operations.
- Responsible and effect Number of new opened accounts and Volume total for whole year
- Maintain relationship with owner of current account, have business review with customers, and have action plan to drive more volume and share at customers (Products, Price, Promotion, Place)
- Sales reports by week / Month / Year for ASM, KAM
- Cooperating with financial, marketing, to implement sale, marketing fund, promotion, listing new product in each customer.
- Good negotiate skill in protection proposals to highest levels to get bester offering for customer.

Position : Area Sale Manager
Key responsibilities :
 Proposal, offering business-oriented and build distribution channels in the region Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh.

 Planning and construction of the development strategy for each agent (responsible for sales, debts and inventories).
