  • Ensure solid turnover and meeting long-term & short-term sales targets for the related products in Online Platform store management.
  • Data analysis. Daily analysis data to find improvement area and catch sales opportunities.
  • Managing relationship with Marketplace vendors or retailers especially in Electronic, Mom & Baby, Cosmetics category.
  • Developing cross-functional strategy to achieve desired sellers’ business growth and ensure smooth operations.
  • Delivering market insights and trend knowledge to vendors by developing their assortment and managing pricing competitiveness, stock availability of key products.
  • Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and optimize further marketing, pricing and product selection.

  • Work closely with Platform for an overall strategy in platform Familiarity with e-commerce retail environment in Local, particularly Lazada, Shopee, Tiki,...
  • At least 1 - 2 years experience in customer service management.
  • Experience in customer retail management.
  • Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits.
  • Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams regarding delivery processes.
  • Good Mircosoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good at English.
